While not being overtly\u00a0Pagan, it would be of likely appeal to Pagan readers and anyone with a taste for subversive\u00a0approaches to fairy stories. Of the four authors,\u00a0Bia Helvetti very\u00a0 much dominates in terms of\u00a0contribution, so I came away with the clearest\u00a0sense of her as a writer (she&#8217;s excellent), and feeling thoroughly enchanted. I very much\u00a0 enjoyed\u00a0reading this book and can heartily recommend it.<br \/>\nAs money raised from Gather Around the Flame\u00a0is going to the charity Shelter, you are reading in\u00a0a good cause!
